The San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Workplace tells TMZ … the ‘All My Kids’ star was found useless final Saturday by his fiancée at their Del Mar, CA dwelling — and in line with the report supplied, it says he suffered an obvious self-inflicted gunshot wound.
