Lynn Ban, a jewellery designer on Netflix’s “Bling Empire: New York,” spoke out a few snowboarding accident over the vacation break that resulted in her getting a craniotomy.

On Monday, Ban posted an image of her laying in a hospital mattress with stitches in her cranium. She detailed how on Christmas Eve she was having fun with a household trip in Aspen. “On the high of the mountain I caught a tip and face planted,” Ban wrote on Instagram.

Ban, who was sporting a helmet, acquired checked out by ski patrol and was cleared for a concussion. She ended up getting a CAT scan on the hospital that “saved [her] life.”

“They assessed me and I used to be cleared. I had a little bit of a headache however thought after lunch it will be advantageous and I might ski once more. The paramedic instructed I am going to the hospital for a cat scan. This saved my life,” she wrote.
