To honor the lifetime of their father David Lynch, who just lately died at age 78, Jennifer, Austin, Riley and Lula Lynch will host a “worldwide group meditation” on Jan. 20.

“David Lynch, our beloved dad, was a guiding gentle of creativity, love, and peace. On Monday, January twentieth—what would have been his 79th birthday—we invite you all to hitch us in a worldwide group meditation at 12:00pm NOON PST for 10 minutes,” wrote the Lynch siblings on X. “Allow us to come collectively, wherever we’re, to honor his legacy by spreading peace and love internationally. Please take this time to meditate, mirror, and ship positivity into the universe. Thanks for being a part of this celebration of his life. Love, Jennifer, Austin, Riley and Lula Lynch.”

Though this would be the first official gathering for the visionary filmmaker, followers flocked to Bob’s Huge Boy restaurant after information broke of Lynch’s demise. The basic Los Angeles diner grew to become an inseparable a part of Lynch’s lore after the “Twin Peaks” director revealed he ate there “for seven years daily at 2:30” and took notes on the napkins.

Lynch revealed in 2024 that he had been recognized with emphysema after a lifetime of smoking and that he can be unable to direct or go away his home once more. His household introduced his passing on Jan. 16 in a Fb put up writing, “There’s an enormous gap on this planet now that he’s now not with us. However, as he would say, ‘Hold your eye on the donut and never on the opening.’ It’s a phenomenal day with golden sunshine and blue skies all the best way.”
