Owen Hayes, the school baseball participant who cops say beat the crap out of an 84-year-old man at a California bar, is now not enrolled at his college.
Hayes was taking part in baseball at The Grasp’s College in Santa Clarita, CA up till this week, when he surrendered to authorities on the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station and was booked on a cost of felony assault.

In an announcement to TMZ, the varsity says … “The person in query now not attends The Grasp’s College. The College takes all violations of its requirements and biblical convictions critically.”
TMU is a personal, non-denominational Christian college and the College provides … “When violations happen, we comply with established procedures to make sure acceptable motion is decisively taken. We’re grateful that such habits is exceedingly uncommon amongst our college students, who come to TMU as a result of they want to honor the Lord.”
Hayes is clearly now not taking part in faculty baseball for TMU after leaving the varsity and his participant profile from the TMU baseball on-line roster has been eliminated.
As we reported … video from inside a Santa Clarita dive bar Doc’s Inn, exhibits a person — who cops say is Hayes — dashing up behind a geriatric buyer and knocking him to the ground with a punch.
The sufferer, who staff on the bar inform us was a daily, was reportedly knocked unconscious and hospitalized.
