Fyre Pageant 2.0 won’t go down in Playa del Carmen, Mexico subsequent month, and the organizers say it is as a result of they obtained royally screwed by the Mexican authorities.
TMZ has obtained textual content messages despatched by a Fyre Fest occasion producer saying they have been backstabbed by Mexican officers. Not mincing phrases, the occasion producer says, “They f***ed us.”

His documentation allegedly reveals paperwork filed with town, e mail communication with officers, and even receipts of pricey funds submitted to safe varied permits.

Billy posted the documentation after the federal government of Playa del Carmen issued a press release saying “no such occasion with that title will happen in our metropolis.”
BTW, this isn’t the primary time Mexican officers have denied Fyre Fest goes down there. It was initially alleged to happen at Isla Mujeres … however the island’s metropolis corridor introduced in February no permits had been filed for such an occasion.

Billy has been adamant his beloved competition goes ahead, telling TMZ in February it’s going to be run by “actual music professionals” and “actual artists.” Final month, Antonio Brown instructed us he is a part of the lineup — which has but to be introduced.
There’s quite a bit at stake for Fyre Pageant 2. Bear in mind … the world watched the unique competition crash and burn in 2017, and Billy was convicted of fraud and sentenced to six years in jail.
He was launched in 2022, and has been on the highway to redemption ever since.
