In second place, “The Firefighters” earned $850,366 for a 11.1% market share, contributing to a cumulative complete of $22.9 million. The drama, centering on the challenges of South Korean first responders, introduced in 129,252 viewers over the weekend.
Debuting in third, “Bogota: Metropolis of the Misplaced” earned $672,000, with an 8.8% market share and 102,979 admissions, and a cumulative complete of $2 million, marking a good begin for the thriller set in Colombia.
In the meantime, “Sonic the Hedgehog 3” climbed to fourth place, gathering $563,000 and a 7.4% market share from 89,893 admissions. The movie has a cumulative complete of $1.2 million.
Korean animation “Pororo the Film: Nice Journey Below the Sea” rounded out the highest 5 with $487, 680, a 6.4% market share, 83,655 admissions and a cumulative complete of $1.1 million.
“Mufasa: The Lion King” moved right down to sixth spot and now has a cumulative complete of $5.1 million, whereas anime “Crayon Shin-chan: Ora’s Dinosaur Diary” was in seventh with cumulative earnings $4.1 million. In eighth, “Moana 2” has earned a complete of $21.7 million.
“Depraved” moved right down to the ninth place and has a complete of $14.2 million. Alex Garland’s “Civil Battle” debuted in tenth place and has a complete of $571,300.
