Within the photograph, Lowry is smiling and throwing up a peace signal for her followers … writing within the caption “4 days submit op … Would you like breast discount movies?” and including a ballot so her followers may vote.

Lowry — who has seven children — has been occupied with having work completed on her chest for awhile … speaking about organising consultations with professionals way back to Might of this 12 months.
