Trina‘s husband and “Love & Hip Hop: Miami ” costar Benjamin Leon Kearse Jr., AKA Swurv, was not too long ago arrested for battery — over a punch cops say occurred almost 2 years in the past!!!
TMZ Hip Hop obtained the police report detailing Kearse’s March 20 arrest in Miami … in accordance with the docs, a person claimed he was crossing the road again in July 2023 when Kearse’s black Dodge Charger stopped abruptly in entrance of a cease signal, inflicting his hand to strike Kearse’s trunk.
The person advised cops Kearse referred to as out to him over it, however when the man approached the automobile to elucidate the state of affairs, he says Kearse grew irate and aggressive and finally trailed him to a close-by residence.
