Milania Giudice celebrated turning 18 with a new tattoo.
Teresa Giudice’s daughter took to TikTok Monday to share the news of her recent tattoo, showing off the ribcage ink.
“You can only guess what I’m doing now that I turned 18,” the teenager, who celebrated her big day on Feb. 2, said while at a tattoo shop.
“We’re trying to test out which one looks better. Obviously, I’m getting ‘Sempre Insieme’ on me. The tattoo that my mom and all my sisters have, that’s the only tattoo I’m getting,” she added, referring to the Italian saying that means “always together” and has special meaning in their family.

Before getting inked, Milania wrestled with a few font ideas while holding up her gray sweatshirt to reveal where the tattoo would be placed, waiting for mom Teresa to weigh in, of course.
The clip then cuts to Milania wearing jusst a gray sports bra and sweatpants as she lays down to get inked with the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star, 51, holding her hand.
The phrase is special to the family, with Teresa’s parents, the late Antonia and Giacinto Gorga, frequently using it. Giudice and her brother Joe Gorga even had “sempre insieme” inscribed on their parents’ gravestone after Giacinto passed away in 2020.

In 2021, Teresa herself had the phrase inked on her side in honor of her mom Antonia, who died in 2017.

At the time, she shared a close-up of the tattoo on Instagram in honor of her mother’s death anniversary, writing, “I miss you so much Mommy not a day goes by that I do not think of you,” Giudice wrote on Instagram on the anniversary, using the hashtag #sempreinsieme.”
The cookbook author also chose to include it in a few different ways for her August 2022 wedding to husband Luis Ruelas, walking down the aisle wearing a custom Mark Zunino strapless ballgown and a custom veil with the words embroidered at the bottom.

A year later the Bravo alum revealed her eldest daughters also followed in her footsteps.
“Me, Gia, Gabriella just got it, because she just turned 18,” she told People in December 2022. “When Melania and Audriana turn 18, they’re going to get it, too.”
Even Ruelas got in on the family fun, showing off his own matching ink while on a 2023 vacation with Giudice in Greece following their wedding.
