Steve Guttenberg is waving the white flag on his marriage … as a result of he simply filed for divorce.
The “Police Academy” star beelined it to court docket Friday and filed to divorce his spouse, Emily Guttenberg, after 6 years of marriage.

In line with the docs, obtained by TMZ, Steve goes with the same old “irreconcilable variations” as the explanation for the cut up … although he doesn’t record a date of separation and as an alternative marked “TBD.”
