The nineteenth Jogja-Netpac Asian Movie Pageant has wrapped in Yogyakarta (Jogja), Indonesia, with native characteristic “Yohanna” dominating the Indonesian Display Awards whereas Neo Sora’s “Happyend” secured the competition’s prime Golden Hanoman Award.
“Yohanna,” directed by Razka Robby Ertanto, collected 5 honors together with greatest movie, director, storytelling, efficiency (Laura Basuki, Kirana Putri Grasela, Iqua Tahlequa), and cinematography (Odyssey Flores). Truong Minh Quy’s “Viet and Nam” took house the Silver Hanoman Award.
In different awards, “Ma – Cry of Silence” by The Maw Naing gained the Netpac Award and Geber Award, whereas Hung Chen’s “When the Wind Rises” secured each the Blencong Award and JAFF Scholar Award. Behzad Nalbandi’s “Anita, Misplaced within the Information” acquired a Particular Jury Point out.

JAFF continued its inclusive screening program, Bioskop Bisik, catering to visually and hearing-impaired audiences. The competition drew over 24,000 attendees, marking its highest turnout since launching in 2006. The subsequent version, JAFF20, is ready to return in 2025.
The competition’s inaugural undertaking market, the JAFF Market, proved to be a hit.
